Common questions

Do I need a surrender certificate?

If you were an Indian citizen and became a Canadian citizen, you usually need a surrender or renunciation certificate before you can apply for an OCI card or an Indian visa. A volunteer can check your situation.

Can you help with an urgent trip?

We will try, but processing times are set by the Government of India. Please contact us as early as possible.

Do you charge anything?

No. There are no service fees for our help. You only pay the official fees, directly to the official office.
